FFA Plant Sale at the Farm Saturday, April 20!

Meet Aliyah and Skye, two local students who are part of the Casa Roble High School Chapter of the Future Farmers of America (or FFA)!

The agricultural-based program teaches high school students not just about farming, but responsibility, entrepreneurship and business, and math and science. The Food Bank Farm starts our seeds and seedlings inside the high school's greenhouse, and so do the students!

Aliyah and Skye are hosting a plant sale at the Food Bank Farm on Saturday, April 20! Stop by from 9 AM to 12 PM to purchase plants: tomatoes, jalapeños, bell peppers, eggplant, okra, squash, cucumbers, basil, sugar peas, green beans, melons, and edible flowers. All funds raised will support the Casa Roble FFA program!
